Why isn't the step counter or heart rate monitor working on my watch face?

Check if all permissions are enabled in Watch Settings → Apps → Permissions Manager → Sensors → [Watch Face Name]. If they’re off, enable them and restart your watch.

I’m having trouble installing the watch face. What should I do?

Ensure you're using the same Google account on your watch and phone. On your phone, go to Google Play → Search for the watch face → Tap the dropdown near Install → Select "Install on your watch".

I downloaded the watch face, but I can't find it.

Long-press your current watch face, swipe left, and tap "Add watch face". You can also check the Downloads section in the Wearable app.

How do I install a watch face directly on my watch?

Open the Google Play Store on your watch.

  • Search for the watch face name.

  • Tap "Install".

Why is Google Play asking me to repurchase the watch face?

This usually happens if a different Google account is used on your watch. Check your account in Wearable App → Watch Settings → Accounts and Backup and ensure it matches the one on your phone’s Play Store. If they match, wait for sync or install the watch face manually from your phone.
